Registering for a Username and Password, and/or filling out our Contact Us

When you register for an account on our site, you will be asked to select a username and password. This tool as well as the Contact Us form may be used to ask for additional information about you and your home or business project(s). You agree and understand that while we will make all reasonable efforts to safeguard your information, the Internet is not 100% safe and hence we are not responsible for protecting the security and confidentiality of your username, password and other information (for example, your home or business addresses). If you are under the suspicion that your account has been compromised, please contact us and change your password.

You agree to provide a username that does not violate any laws or regulations, or is vulgar and/or offensive.

Purchasing Terms and Conditions

Buyer Responsibilities:

• Buyer understands that he/she is solely responsible for ensuring the correct quantities of products are placed on order.
• Buyer agrees to install all Viva products in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and understands that failure to do so may void the product warranty.
• Buyer understands that a 50% deposit is due with the order and that the remaining 50% must be paid prior to product shipment.
• Buyer assumes all responsibility for products upon receipt.

Endureed Responsibilities:

• Endureed will assist buyer in making product decisions as requested.
• Endureed will honor all quotations for a period of 120 days.
• Endureed will accept credit card payments subject to a 3.25% surcharge for orders greater than $5,000 USD.
• Endureed will ship all products FOB Lake City, FL COLLECT.  Note that prepaid freight may be subjected to a surcharge of up to 5%.
• Subject to a 25% restocking fee, Endureed will accept returns of products in original condition up to a $5,000 USD limit.  Credits will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
